Brand identity, name and touchpoints for Christchurch’s new maritime museum, focusing on discovery and ocean science.
Identity
The name Ninety Five is based off the fact that only 5% of the ocean has been explored. The narrative to the museum is that visitors would be discovering the Ninety Five. As we wanted the museum to be all about oceans and discovery, we designed our own type face with a water-droplet, that became the museums logo. This water-droplet shape has then been used to create our own icons, which are used throughout touch-points.
